Your Role:

As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company locally and ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the Constanța branch. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a leader eager to drive business success and implement strategic decisions while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Board locally, ensuring the implementation of company strategies, procedures, and values at the Constanța branch.
• Oversee HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee project planning to maintain site efficiency.
• Lead local recruitment initiatives by organizing events and building partnerships to attract top talent.
• Maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to support operations.
• Ensure the site’s infrastructure, resources, and personnel align with the company’s budget and standards.
• Respond effectively to urgent or unexpected situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven management experience, ideally in multinational/international companies.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); French is a plus.
  • Advanced user of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with HR administration and labor laws is advantageous.
• Mindset:
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented in the face of challenges and change.
