As a Digital Engineer, you will be an integral part of our mission to achieve supply chain excellence by harnessing our unique digital assets and data. Responsibilities:
- Standardization Advocate: Lead the drive for standardization across various operational sites by promoting consistent ways of working, processes, and standards.
- Innovation Leader: Take charge of innovation projects, from idea generation to implementing cost-effective solutions. Transform concepts into proof of concepts and pilots that can be scaled across all sites to enhance operational performance with data-driven insights.
- Collaborative Connections: Foster strong collaborative links between the brand and our Digital & Technology team. Engage with colleagues from Global Product teams, Centers of Excellence, and third-party partners as needed.
- Best Practices Champion: Embrace best practices and share them to facilitate the implementation of new digital and data solutions, contributing to positive change within the organization.
- Training Expert: Develop and deliver training packages for the latest innovations and digital tools. Tailor your training to various teams and individuals, regardless of their level of competency.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor within the local team, providing technical guidance, sharing your experience, and offering insights into problem-solving. Be a valuable resource for data and digital queries.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and technologies, both within and outside our industry. Anticipate future requirements and support our digital transformation strategy to remain competitive.
Measures of Success:
- Effective Data Utilization: Showcase the efficient utilization of data to enhance operational processes and supply chain management.
- Engagement and Collaboration: Actively engage with the broader business community to foster discussions on data and digital matters, actively seeking and sharing formal feedback.
- Concept Validation: Develop and validate data and digital concepts and pilots that drive transformation within the organization.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Capture and disseminate insights gained from the implementation of innovative projects, nurturing a culture of ongoing enhancement across our operations.
- Global Outreach: Cultivate positive relationships with global teams and communities to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Team Advancement: Provide support and facilitate the development of fellow team members, empowering them to expand their technical skills, knowledge, and self-assurance.
- Positive Endorsement: Strive to obtain positive feedback from department heads, site leadership teams, users of data and digital platforms, TPM community members, and Global Product Owners.
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, 09:00-18:00
